The participation fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to participate at the BIMUN Conference. BIMUN 2025 PARTICIPATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Delegations can only be comprised of Foreign participants from a single educational institution abroad (University or High School for BIMUN JUNIOR committees). * Delegation means a group of at least 6 people. In this case, the individual Application Fee for a Delegation member is 180 Euros. * For groups of at least 10 people, the individual Application Fee for Delegation members is 180 Euros and includes Gratis Participation Fee for Head of Delegation (a faculty advisor).
UNA Serbia will send the BIMUN 2025 Confirmation of acceptance together with payment instruction.
